So this LH top water lure is fantastic, it had great movement on the surface, got tons of action, great color options and being weedless could be thrown anywhere.

I've never been much for top water lures because I've never caught anything on a frog ever but I've caught a handful of bass on this spider in the month that I've had it. I missed two but caught at least 5 decent bass on it including bass I'd almost think were too want you to hit it but they did. I lost my original spider because a big bass grabbed it and pulled me into some tall reeds and broke my 10# braid but I would've had him if I had heavier braid on.

If you live in the south eastern USA, you're probably familiar with big yellow orb weaver spiders. I like to call them banana spiders, because they're big and yellow and are long like a cavendish banana. Anyway, orb weavers love woodsy areas adjacent to or on wetlands and in the spring and summer, build enormous beautiful webs.
They're also amazing bass bait. This is a great top water lure for fishing right underneath branches and overhangs. As if the spider just fell off a branch web and into the water. It's rigged up weedless so you can just flick cast it where you need to and work it over hyacinths and lilly pads.

I was kinda scared because I thought the legs would be flimsy and come off. Still on it 500 casts later. And I caught my PB striper using it. I say it's a win

Looks just like the product image. Will almost fill your palm. Very large. Attracts attention pulling it over lillypads.

Haven't caught anything with it yet but easy to cast.... and I'll try another reservoir on the spring maybe the bass will be more inclined to bite

1st cast in a good spot brought up a 4.2 lb bass. Super explosion. Only time I used it so far. In calm waters it creates a good ripple. I used it similar to a pop frog.
